Ruchi Pushkarna, the Artistic Director at Dancend is the pioneer and trendsetter of Bhangra Cardio Workout since 2012, She started teaching Bhangra way back in 2012 when Punjabi music scene was yet to make a mark in Bollywood and Indian Pop industry

I was planning to join dance class since my college first year, but I was busy in all other stuff. Finally, I decided to join dance class in January. I found a lot of institutes on Google and talked to their instructor, I found Ruchi mam and Avinash sir very energetic and fun personalities. So, I joined Dancend. hey hi guys…!! i have been associated with Dancend since 2016  and they introduced me to dance in much bigger way. The energy, passion and love for dance of the instructors Ruchi and Avinash is so overwhelming that you look forward to attending the class.The atmosphere in the class is very creative, encouraging and fun filled. The instructors are very innovative with the choreos – they make the session very easy for students to pick up by breaking it down in simpler form. My best part of the class use to be first half an hour of total body workout, which challenges you too take your physical strength to next level and builds up the tempo of the class for learning the choreo with high enthusiasm. Dancend also introduced me to other passionate dancers of the class and met some crazy and wonderful people. Now i have moved out of Delhi due to my work, but will definitely make it a point to attend the class whenever around Delhi. Dancend wish u all the best for future endeavors.
